TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Service Provider

This free WiFi service is provided by Hermitage Hotel Prague for guests and visitors of the premises. By connecting to this network, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use this WiFi connection for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Accessing, downloading or distributing illegal content
• Harassment, threats or abuse of other users
• Unauthorized access to third-party systems (hacking)
• Distribution of malware, spam or phishing content
• Any activity that violates applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the EU

3. Data Protection & GDPR

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we collect and store the following data for security and legal compliance purposes:

• Device MAC address
• Assigned IP address
• Date and time of connection

This data is retained for a maximum of 90 days and is not shared with third parties unless required by law. You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at gdpr@hermitageprague.com.

4. No Guarantee of Service

The WiFi service is provided "as is" without any warranty of availability, speed or security. Hermitage Hotel Prague is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this service.

5. Security

This is an open network. We strongly recommend using HTTPS websites and a VPN for sensitive communications. Hermitage Hotel Prague is not responsible for data transmitted over this network.

6. Bandwidth & Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users, excessive bandwidth usage (e.g. large downloads, streaming at extreme quality) may be limited. The service is intended for standard browsing, email and social media use.

7. Amendments

Hermitage Hotel Prague reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the WiFi service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
